She is exposed to working with various public and private healthcare systems, health ministries & Startups while driving operational efficiency, patient experience & digital transformation across the globe. Monika is responsible for managing HIT's alliances, partnerships and senior-level relationships with client’s and emerging technology companies. She helps create and grow a new product from vision to market. A firm believer in open innovation in healthcare .

Her work in healthcare focuses :
She has worked with numerous clients on areas such as digital platforms and health solutions, multi-channel and digital enablement as well as:

1. Patient engagement : innovative digital interactions, customer centric engagement, digital patient experience, on demand healthcare.

2. Operating model optimization : digitisation of the operating models, resources, functions and workflows within the hospital.

3. Emerging tech : solutions attributable to innovative/emerging trends in digital health (AI, Wearables, IoMT, self-monitoring, VR, predictive healthcare, AI chatbots).

She is recently launching HIT’s new product initiative to further scale the company's product line with an AI and blockchain based tech solution.

At HIT, she is helping businesses design new and engaging services. Her passion for big picture thinking combined with the desire to understand and fulfill human needs allows her to be the glue between businesses, their products & services and the users.

Her multidisciplinary background spans design for policy, digital products , AI, IOT, service design, operations excellence, and strategy.

In her current role, Monika helps clients in digital assessment, evaluate, maximize and scale business value through the strategic application of data, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence and automation.

She works closely with technology and strategy teams to lead client consultations, packaging the correct strategies with digital technologies that help clients achieve business transformation.

She is working at the brink of Healthcare realism & futurism & loves minimizing the gap between technology and humanity in healthcare.
